Structure 14792 Under Stony Lake Road (M-20)

The Oceana County Road Commission is requesting Bids for the construction of Tunnel Under Stony Lake Road (M-20). Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the commission offices located at 3501 Polk Road, Hart, MI 49420 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, January 6, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The project includes the construction of a pedestrian bridge beneath Stony Lake Road (M-20), and road reconstruction in 68th Avenue and Stony Lake Road (M-20) including 1,200 tons of HMA, aggregate base, sand subbase; concrete curb & gutter, concrete shared use path, drainage improvements, permanent pavement markings, and turf restoration.
Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com or the Oceana County Road Commission website oceanacrc.org.

The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The Oceana County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Oceana County Road Commission.
